We deliver within the UK. Standard shipping is £3.49. Orders at or above £22.00 receive free standard shipping automatically.

Tracking is supplied where available.

For eligible goods bought online, contact DUST within 14 days after receiving your goods if you wish to cancel. Where the cancellation right applies, return the goods within 14 days after telling us. For a normal change-of-mind return, you are responsible for return postage.

Some sealed goods may not be eligible for a change-of-mind cancellation once the seal has been broken where the goods are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Contact support@dustseasoning.co.uk with your order number, a description of the problem and photographs where useful. Your statutory rights are unaffected. We will provide the appropriate return or resolution instructions for goods supplied incorrectly or faultily.
