Use this website lawfully and provide accurate order information. DUST sells food seasoning products. Product pages show the food/product name, price, pack weight, ingredients, allergens and nutrition information available in the current catalogue. Images are illustrative; always read the product information and physical pouch before use.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery charges and the live free-shipping threshold are displayed before payment: £3.49 standard shipping and free shipping at or above £22.00. We may correct genuine pricing or availability errors.

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. An automatic order acknowledgement confirms receipt of that order. DUST accepts an order when dispatch is confirmed. Until then, we may reject or cancel an order where necessary, including for stock unavailability or an obvious pricing error. If payment has already been taken for a rejected order, it will be refunded.

We deliver within the UK. Tracking may be provided where available. See Delivery & Returns for current shipping information.

Your statutory rights are not affected. For eligible online purchases, you may have a cancellation right. Some sealed goods may not be eligible for a change-of-mind cancellation once unsealed where they are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons. Damaged, incorrect, faulty or misdescribed goods should be reported to support@dustseasoning.co.uk.

Check ingredients and allergen information before ordering, follow product packaging instructions, and provide accurate delivery and contact details. Do not use products where the listed ingredients are unsuitable for you.

The welcome offer is 10% off one first eligible order, with no minimum spend or artificial expiry currently configured. It is one offer/use per eligible customer or email, and eligibility is checked server-side. Other coupons are subject to their displayed conditions.

Verified-purchase reviews may be submitted by authenticated customers and are moderated before public display. Optional photos and a customer display name may be shown; customer emails are not public. Website content, branding and imagery remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion would be unlawful or affects your statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable.
